You start in a crew where everybody once began. From day one you're on site: you learn how a roof is built, how materials behave and why finishing makes the difference.
We don't expect a finished craftsman. We expect someone who wants to learn, shows up on time and takes pride in the work.
What you'll do
- Assist in building pitched roofs and flat roofs in EPDM
- Prepare and hand over materials, keep the site tidy
- Learn to work with modern tools, crane trucks and lifting gear
- Support insulation, underlay, roof tiles and zinc work
- Contribute to safe working and a clean handover
What we ask
- Motivated and eager to learn, experience is not required
- No fear of heights and physically fit
- Dutch speaking and comfortable in a team
- Punctual and reliable
- Driving licence B is a plus
